Longview City Hall has updated its fingerprinting service fees effective July 13, 2026, according to public records. The new rates differentiate between city residents and non-residents for initial and additional fingerprint cards.
Residents within Longview city limits now pay $15 for two fingerprint cards, with $3 for each additional card. Non-residents outside the city limits pay $20 for two cards and $5 for each additional card. All applicants must provide picture identification and pay via credit/debit card through the city's website.
The city's website states fingerprinting appointments are available Tuesdays through Thursdays at the department headquarters, with electronic fingerprinting via livescan machine available as the primary method, though ink is available if necessary.
