Adam Diggins' conviction for Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Felony Harassment, Cyberstalking, and Use of Drug Paraphernalia was upheld by the Washington Supreme Court this month.
The court denied review of the Court of Appeals' decision affirming the conviction. Diggins was found guilty following a trial in Cowlitz County Superior Court.
The case was originally filed in Cowlitz County, with the conviction finalized in August 2026.
